Faste
Faste (“the app”, “we”) is an intermittent-fasting timer and tracker published by Kynon. We built Faste to work without collecting your personal data. This policy explains what that means in practice.
We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. Faste has no user accounts and no backend database of our own. Your fasting history, streaks, chosen protocol and settings are stored only on your device and never sent to us. If your device backup (iCloud or Google) includes app data, that backup is under your control, not ours.
Faste relies on a small number of services to function. We only share what is technically necessary:
No tracking. Faste contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking SDKs. It does not use advertising identifiers and does not sell or share your data for advertising.
Faste is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for children.
Because your fasting data lives on your device, you can erase all of it at any time by deleting the app. Subscription records held by RevenueCat and the app stores are governed by their own retention policies; contact us if you need help.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have rights to access or delete your personal data. Since we do not hold personal data on our servers, most of your data is already under your direct control on your device. For anything held by our subscription processor, contact us at contact@kynon.fr and we will help.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be reflected in the app.
