Terms of Use

By downloading or using Faste (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Faste is an intermittent-fasting timer and tracker published by Kynon.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Faste for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Subscriptions (Faste Premium)

Faste offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features such as full statistics and streak records.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
A free trial (3 days) may be offered. If you do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices may vary by region and may change over time; you will be notified where required by the app stores.

3. Health disclaimer — please read

Faste is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting routine — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have or have had an eating disorder, have diabetes or another medical condition, or take medication. You use Faste at your own risk, and Kynon is not liable for any health consequences arising from your use of the app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, not to reverse-engineer it (except to the extent permitted by law), and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Faste, including its name, design, and content, is owned by Kynon and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, these Terms are in addition to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
